Remote Healing


GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR REMOTE HEALING SESSION
Please lie down or sit comfortably, uninterrupted by distractions and sounds of any kind. Turn off any ringers or alarms. Focus on the experience. I will be in my healing room at the appointed time and work on your energy body (which I can sense). Distance healing is equally as effective as an in-person session.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
Complete the booking payment and initialed form requirement.

Prior to your session we will connect by phone or text to align intention and establish the contact. We will also discuss your goals and any concerns you may have. I will proceed with my work with you (approximately 60 minutes). At the end of the session we will again connect by phone or text.

Choose your comfortable place for your session. Act as if you were in my office (healing room) for your energy session. Be still and uninterrupted by any noise, family member, or pet. Shut off your phone. You may wish to dim the lights, close the curtains, have pillows and a blanket, or play soft music. You may adjust your position as needed, breathe deeply, and close your eyes.

Be sure to dress comfortably. Drink plenty of water on the day of your session, both before and after. Avoid caffeine and eat lightly before your appointment. Enjoy this quiet time.

WHAT TO EXPECT
All healing modalities utilized are physically non-invasive. Although some are more interactive, others are so relaxing you may fall asleep. This is okay and sometimes happens.

Some people don’t feel a thing when they receive energy work. Others experience sensations as tingling, warmth, coolness, heaviness then lightness, see colors or images in the mind’s eye. Emotions can rise or fall as old energies are moved or cleared out. Some people fall asleep. Remember you are safe, confidential, and in a protected environment.






SELF CARE AFTER REMOTE HEALING
After your distance session you may feel light, emotional, tired or invigorated. Be gentle with yourself the rest of the day. Eat lightly and healthy, drink water, and rest.

Stay grounded in your chosen centering activity (walking, gardening, meditation, sleep, etc.).

Try to avoid stressful situations, avoid toxic or negative thoughts, people, food/drink, and situations. Avoid over stimulating environments such as large crowds or loud music.

For best results do not schedule other body work (massage, acupuncture, chiropractic) during the integration period of two to four days. After your first session you’ll have a good sense of how long you take to integrate this type of work.

The initial healing work that is done will continue to establish itself in your mind and body, so you may experience feelings and energy flowing for several days. Set the intention for your process to be filled with ease. Also, do not hold onto or try to analyze old emotions, thoughts, or memories that arise. Forgive and let go!

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The client understands that the same standard of care applies to a remote session as it applies to an in person visit.

The client understands that the laws that protect privacy and the confidentiality of personal information apply to remote sessions.

With remote sessions there is the potential for other people to overhear sessions if you are not in a private place during the session. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your privacy. The client must make sure they are in complete privacy as well.
