The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique which uses muscle testing or Applied Kinesiology. It helps us identify and actually release trapped emotions — which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.
Trapped emotions can cause anxiety, depression, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. This can influence a person’s personality and their thinking about themselves, others, and situations in life. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, they exert an influence on the physical body and organs and can cause acute pain, even diseases such as cancer.
Releasing trapped emotions allow for healing to take place, so that physical and emotional issues often disappear or become much more manageable.

This wall of trapped emotions can be removed, allowing for normalcy in life. Both physical and emotional problems can be resolved.
